What's Not Covered

This is a precision fidget tool, not an indestructible toy. Normal wear from regular use is expected:

• Scratches, scuffs, or patina development - Titanium naturally develops character over time
• Damage from drops or impacts - Treat it like you would a fine watch
• Modifications or disassembly - Don't try to take it apart
• Lost or stolen items - We can't replace lost products
• Weakened magnets after extended use - Magnets are consumables

Defect Claims

If you receive a defective product:

1. Contact us at support@kineticcarry.com within 30 days
2. Provide your order number and photos/video of the defect
3. We'll review and respond within 24 hours
4. Choose: Replacement shipped immediately OR full refund

For genuine defects, we cover all return shipping costs.
